Ad Hoc networks are self-organized by wireless mobile nodes using distributed protocols without relying on central nodes or fixed communication infrastructures. While disrupting adversarial communication systems might offer strategic advantages by undermining their communicative efficacy, traditional interdiction approaches often fall short in the context of unfamiliar Ad Hoc networks. This project aims to conduct an exhaustive exploration of the distinctive properties and technical attributes of Ad Hoc networks. It appraises the impacts posed by conventional electronic countermeasures on their communication flows, delineating both the potential and the intrinsic limitations of these methods. Recognizing the constraints of traditional tactics, the research integrates advanced cognitive electronic warfare strategies with robust anti-interference techniques, leveraging IEEE802.11 fallback mechanisms within Ad Hoc networks. This initiative facilitates the development of innovative store-and-replay methodologies, capable of inflicting targeted disturbances or security breaches at the network tier. These explorations provide critical insights for countering nascent challenges and significantly bolster the fortitude to withstand and counteract interference in unknown communication networks, thereby securing strategic superiority and initiative on the battlefield.
