Research on Comprehensive Vulnerability Assessment Method of Distribution Network

This paper focuses on assessing the vulnerability of the power distribution network to optimize planning. It establishes node voltage overlimit risk and line overload risk indexes based on network topology and operation characteristics, combining them to form the network's vulnerability index. Additionally, it considers power flow transfer characteristics to establish the network's operational vulnerability index. The comprehensive vulnerability assessment index combines the structural and operational vulnerability indexes, measuring vulnerability at both the topological structure and operating state levels. Numerical examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed assessment method.
