Aiming at the problem of 5G base station coverage optimization, an optimization strategy of base station layout based on adaptive mutation genetic algorithm is proposed; Aiming at the problem of data transmission in the communication network of the base station, the communication information encryption technology based on AES is proposed. Build the propagation model and use the ordinary least squares to correct the signal propagation model, and then determine the base station coverage radius and the required number of base stations through the link budget. On this basis, an adaptive mutation genetic algorithm is proposed to optimize the base station layout; The construction of Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) communication information encryption transmission model improves the information anti-theft ability, and also ensures a high quality of information transmission. The simulation results show that the proposed adaptive mutation genetic algorithm and AES not only optimize the deployment layout of base stations, reduce the construction cost of base stations, but also further improve the communication quality of users and reduce the probability of data loss.
