In recent years, the emergence of web-based question-and-answer platforms has brought about an innovation in the mode of interaction between the government and the public, promoting a seamless connection between the public and the government, and has gradually become an important channel for the government to understand public opinion, gather public wisdom and gather public sentiment. However, as the volume of text data related to various social and public opinions continues to rise, it has brought great challenges to the classification of messages and the collation of hotspots. To solve this problem, this paper will build a smart government system based on natural language processing technology to automate the processing of large volumes of text.
