초록
The transformation of the scientific information system and scientific infrastructure in the conditions of the digitalization of scientific communications and open science are discussed. The European experience of infrastructure projects for the social sciences and humanities and the digital humanities in particular is described. The state of Russian infrastructure is characterized, and its lag is emphasized. Proposals for the development of Russian infrastructural resources and services are formulated.
