Research on Network Security Model Based on FAIR and OCTAVE Algorithms

This paper studied and designed a network security model to improve network security risk assessment, the model integrates FAIR and OCTAVE algorithms. It is used advantages of the above two algorithms, and can be effectively used to evaluate the risk considering asset value, threat sources and vulnerabilities. The construction process of the model is introduced in detail, and the effectiveness of the model is verified by the empirical study of experimental data. The experimental results show that the model provides strong support for network security management, and helps to identify, evaluate, and mitigate network risks.
