초록

Virtual Power Plant(VPP) is a new generation of intelligent control technology and interactive business model that aggregates and optimizes the clean development of "network source load". Relying on the Internet and modern information and communication technology, it integrates distributed power generation, controllable load, energy storage device and other equipment through fine energy management, so as to solve the consumption of clean energy, realize multi-energy complementarity on the power side and promote flexible interaction on the load side, Building a safe, economic, efficient and reliable power grid provides a new operation scheme. At the same time, how to safely access distributed load resources of VPP has also become an important issue affecting ecological development. Focusing on the communication and security problems of massive load resource access, this paper carries out technical research on demand analysis, overall design, virtual communication private network design and distributed load resource security protection design, It provides a strong guarantee for the continuous and in-depth promotion of virtual power plant business.
