Relying on the power "new infrastructure" to carry out the digital transformation of power, can speed up the deep integration of digital information technology and energy and power industry. The digital management of electric power design drawings conforms to the development trend of electric power digital transformation, and is the basic work to realize the information management and data sharing in the whole life cycle of electric power engineering. At present, the digital management of electric power design drawings and documents has achieved some results, but there are still the following problems: the electronic design drawings and documents still need to be printed into blueprints, and the production and storage of blueprints require a lot of manpower and money from the design unit; The electronic design drawings and documents digitally delivered by the design unit to different units have the problem of inconsistent versions, etc.This paper proposes a digital management model of power design drawings based on blockchain technology, focusing on the private chain design of design units, consensus mechanism, alliance chain design, cross chain exchange method of document content and file distributed storage in the model, so as to realize the whole process management of design drawings. Experiments show that the model can be an effective digital solution to replace the blueprint of engineering design drawings, and save the printing cost and storage space of drawings for design units. Ensure that the version of digital engineering design drawings and documents delivered by the design unit to different units is unified, and realize that the electronic design drawings and documents delivered by the design unit really have the ability of anti- tampering.
