This paper aims to promote high-quality and large-scale knowledge sharing in network learning space. Firstly, it systematically combs the way and process of knowledge consensus, and proposes a process model of knowledge consensus in network learning space. Secondly, using the characteristics of anti-tampering, traceability and decentralization of blockchain technology, we study and design the knowledge rights and interests recording mechanism. The mechanism includes two parts: knowledge consensus rights record and knowledge consensus process supervision, in order to solve the problem of user rights protection, remove obstacles for the development of network learning space, and finally achieve the purpose of promoting knowledge sharing.
