Artificial intelligence based lagrange interpolation patterned post quantum cryptography for secure cyber physical system in internet of things

초록

This research addresses the critical need for robust security in embedded systems, particularly within the Internet of Medical Things. We propose an integrated framework combining advanced masking algorithms and post-quantum cryptography to mitigate side-channel and quantum threats. The framework incorporates an Artificial Intelligence based health monitoring model using Internet of Things devices for real-time patient data analysis, enabling timely and accurate medical decision-making. The approach ensures enhanced data integrity, confidentiality, and practical viability through rigorous evaluation of execution time, power efficiency, and randomness tests. This resilient system lays a foundation for secure and adaptive healthcare technologies, safeguarding IoMT ecosystems against evolving cyber threats.
