Currently there are many healthcare industries that use AIGC (Artificial Intelligence Generated Content) technology to assist healthcare professionals to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of treatment, such as diagnostic certificate generation, medical image enhancement, and so on. The generation of these contents requires multiple roles to collaborate with each other, so it involves the secure communication of medical information, and if it encounters an attack, it will face the risk of medical privacy data leakage and misuse. To this end, this paper proposes a group key agreement protocol based on multidimensional virtual permutation for smart healthcare, where healthcare professionals and multiple smart content production platforms negotiate a secure key, and then encrypt the private information for secure transmission using the key. The key agreement protocol achieves decentralization and can resist differential attacks, exhaustive attacks, eavesdropping attacks, and man-in-the-middle attacks. In addition, this paper realizes a more lightweight operation based on the multidimensional virtual permutation algorithm, which has a better performance, and the scheme can efficiently realize the secure storage and sharing of medical information.
