In recent times, a convergence has emerged between Internet of Things (IoT) technology and advanced healthcare systems, a field under intense research owing to its remarkable efficiency and user-friendly integration into human life. Concerns around patient data privacy and security are expanding alongside the increasing count of IoT devices. In the healthcare system increases tremendously. Such secure systems will enhance the trust of the patients when choosing hospitals. Hospitals will also need to keep the medical devices in a condition where they need to be answerable for any malfunction. We suggest using blockchain-based smart contracts to manage patient data and medical devices in order to safeguard personally identifiable information and information generated by devices. Specifically, we develop a remote healthcare system including healthcare providers (a hospital), Healthcare practitioners (physicians), and patients employing a blockchain system built upon the Ethereum protocol. This architecture is based on Ethereum, which offers protection to the patients’ vital clinical data. This architecture, which is based on Ethereum, offers a safe and adaptable platform for smart healthcare systems. As a result, we can observe the immutable health data in the blockchain which proves the authenticity and integrity. In this generation, the world requires such secure systems that it is difficult for humans to be around patients to monitor their health.
