This paper proposes a distribution network application scheme based on quantum secure communication and 5G hard slicing private network. The method can calculate the quantum key update frequency and distribution strategy of each power business by itself. The system performs the key self-evolution of the synchronization between the sender and the receiver by transmitting the random quantity of short length generated in the communication in the quantum channel. It replaces the traditional update method where a new full key must be sent and received after each update must be renegotiated. Finally, this paper proposes the key reading mode between the service terminal and the quantum key mobile storage device, the interface protocol between the service terminal device and the quantum key mobile storage device, and the key management method suitable for the power distribution service terminal. The experimental results show that the described method can realize the automation and intelligence of the optimal distribution of quantum keys for accurate data protection of various power services. This method can construct a precise and secure data protection mechanism based on quantum keys.
