Encryption and Anti-tampering Technology of Buddhist Digital Archives

In traditional Buddhist archival management, paper archives are constrained by physical environments and human factors. The emergence of digital archives has introduced new possibilities for archival management. Using digital signature technology with computer systems as the medium, identity, user permissions, and access methods are conveyed through data information. All actions conducted in a networked environment must be recorded in electronic files. Unauthorized access and tampering issues make digital archival management more challenging, posing threats to the security and integrity of Buddhist digital archives. This paper aims to study encryption and anti-tampering technologies for Buddhist digital archives. By applying cryptography and digital signatures, we aim to enhance the data security of Buddhist digital archives. To improve encryption and anti-tampering techniques, this study starts from the technical architecture involved and adopts experimental verification and data comparison methods to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze protection methods for digital archives. Experimental results show that the RSA-1024 algorithm has the fastest rate at 64 bits, indicating its certain advantages in encryption and anti-tampering for Buddhist digital archives.
