Impact of Resource-Constrained Networks on the Performance of NIST Round-3 PQC Candidates

The search for Quantum Resistant algorithms has been a priority in Cryptography for years. Increased network usage and the resulting resource constraints are at direct odds with the increasing need for secure and efficient communication. In light of this, this paper explores the relationship between constrained networks and their impact on and performance of NIST’s Round-3 Post Quantum Cryptography candidates.
