In response to the complex supply chain issues associated with garlic sprouts—a high-value, short-cycle crop characterized by decentralized planting locations and challenges in brand building—this paper proposes the adoption of the FISCO-BCOS consortium blockchain architecture, integrated with IPFS storage and smart contracts, to achieve comprehensive data management across cultivation, processing, and sales. By utilizing distributed storage, the system ensures data immutability, thus enhancing trust among various stakeholders within the supply chain. Additionally, the implementation of smart contracts automates data collection and verification, streamlining processes and improving regulatory efficiency. Research results indicate that this system significantly enhances data transparency for garlic sprout products within the supply chain, illustrating the application value of blockchain technology in the traceability of specific agricultural products, particularly the potential for short-cycle crops such as garlic sprouts.
