Exploration and Practice of Deep Industry-Education Integration Pathways for Computer Specialty Clusters in Application-Oriented Private Universities under the Emerging Engineering Context

In view of the demand for the cultivation of applied talents in the construction of new engineering disciplines, this study focuses on the path of deep integration between production and education in the computer specialty group of private universities, aiming to solve the structural contradictions commonly found in private universities in engineering education, such as limited resource access, insufficient policy support, and inefficient school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms. By constructing a four-party collaborative education mechanism of “government, industry, school, and enterprise”, we have innovated an integrated teaching system that combines theory and practice. Based on literature analysis, field research, and case studies, we have pioneered a diversified and collaborative education platform, defining the division of labor between government policy guidance, industry association standard docking, enterprise technical feedback, and university curriculum reconstruction. We have developed a three-in-one teaching model of “scene simulation-task-driven-platform support”, relying on the enterprise real engineering case library and intelligent training platform to strengthen students' engineering practice abilities. Through the “double recruitment and training” system and the construction of virtual teaching and research rooms, we have built a multi-disciplinary faculty team. We have constructed a multi-dimensional evaluation system covering knowledge, ability, and literacy. Achieve closed-loop management of talent cultivation quality. Practice shows that this model effectively breaks through the barriers in the docking of production-education resources in private universities, improves the engineering adaptability of students, increases the number of joint technical research projects between schools and enterprises, and provides a replicable implementation path and evaluation paradigm for private universities to deepen the integration of production and education.
