초록

The rise of quantum computing poses significant challenges to traditional cryptographic methods, necessitating the development of quantum-resistant solutions for secure data management. This paper introduces a blockchain-based lattice threshold signcryption scheme for smart healthcare systems. Our proposed protocol, post-quantum secure health records (PQSHR): a blockchain-based lattice threshold signcryption scheme, combines the strengths of lattice-based ring signcryption and blockchain technology to address the critical issues of data privacy, integrity, and verifiability in healthcare environments. The security foundation of the scheme lies in the small integer solution (SIS) and learning with errors (LWE) problems, ensuring robust protection against quantum attacks. Blockchain integration provides decentralized verification, transparency, and immutability, enhancing the trust and reliability of healthcare data management. Additionally, the scheme incorporates threshold cryptography to minimize computational costs and manage network congestion, crucial for resource-limited healthcare settings. By leveraging these technologies, PQSHR offers a comprehensive solution that enhances the efficiency and security of healthcare data management, reduces operational costs, and prepares the healthcare sector for the challenges posed by quantum computing and evolving cyber threats. This approach promises to improve the overall resilience and trustworthiness of smart healthcare systems.
