초록

This paper presents a novel mechanism that uses blockchain technology to improve quality assurance in agriculture. The system monitors key environmental parameters and computes a quality score in real time based on how well they match the optimal ranges. The system also secures and transparently records crop-related data on the blockchain and creates a reputation system for crop producers. Furthermore, the system generates and verifies QR codes through a farmer-specific web app when the harvest begins, allowing consumers to access detailed information about the produce, such as harvest conditions. This enhances transparency and accountability in the agricultural supply chain. Additionally, the system features an anti-tamper mechanism that guarantees data integrity and security. The system also leverages blockchain technology to provide immutability and decentralized storage, increasing security. The system is a scalable and efficient solution that improves crop yield quality and supports sustainable agricultural practices. The system's performance metrics reveal optimal average latency for for the core parameters. The system is also economical and accessible for agricultural stakeholders, as it has low setup costs and minimal computational requirements, compared to other solutions.
