Research on the Network Security Construction Plan of Emergency Command System for Public Health Emergencies

초록

This study constructs or strengthens the network security of the emergency command system from all aspects based on different requirements such as secure physical environment, secure communication network, secure area boundary, secure computing environment, and secure management center. It includes three aspects: application security design, data security design, and core device configuration. In terms of application security design, it covers 9 levels of security reinforcement, from identity authentication to code management. Data security includes redefining data encryption, confidentiality, and transmission security to ensure the reliability of data sources and transmission. The core security configuration strengthens the firewall and seven other layers to further ensure the security performance of applications and data. This study fundamentally ensures the safety, reliability, and stability of the emergency command system for sudden public health emergencies, laying the foundation for disposal and decision-making.
