A Distributed Photovoltaic Power Plant Monitoring Scheme Based on 5G CPE of Electric Power

초록

Abstract—In order to achieve "direct acquisition and control" of numerous inverters in distributed photovoltaic power plants, this paper designs a scheme to transmit inverter operation data through 5G CPE(Customer Premise Equipment) in power. CPE connects the inverter through RS485 line in the south direction, and connects the dispatch main station and photovoltaic energy comprehensive monitoring group control platform (referred to as the monitoring platform) in the north direction through 5G virtual private network. In response to the situation where the scheduling master station and monitoring platform use the IEC104 protocol, while the inverter equipment cannot directly interact with the Modbus protocol, the proposed solution designs a protocol conversion software module in CPE to complete the conversion of IEC104 protocol and Modbus protocol messages before data forwarding. Through the Analog verification of the simulation software, the scheme designed in this paper can achieve the remote sensing and remote control functions of the dispatching master station and monitoring platform for the distributed photovoltaic power station inverter, providing effective support for the monitoring of the distributed photovoltaic power station.
