Now the requirements for chip security are getting higher, the bootrom is a small mask ROM or write-protected flash memory embedded in a processor chip, It contains the first code that the processor executes when it is energized or reset. This design adds AES/SHA/ECC security algorithm in the chip bootrom and check the loaded image for security, providing personalized key management for chips to prevent attacks.
