An organization that provides telecommunications services to people, organizations, or other entities is known as a telecom service provider (TSP). Any telecommunications service provider, such as Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs), Mobile Virtual Network Enablers (MVNEs), Mobile Virtual Network Aggregators (MVNAs), and Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), must prioritize data security. Each of these organizations plays a unique function in the mobile ecosystem, and they all require strong data security procedures to safeguard sensitive data, maintain client privacy, and earn their trust. MVNO require the infrastructure from MVNE to be fully operational with the support from MVNE in billing system, customer management etc. Mainly for the billing purpose, MVNO must be rely on MVNE billing parser and data must be decrypted to do final computation on multiple attributes of the bill. At present, there are a lot of encryption techniques implemented by TSPs in telecom infrastructure, but these techniques provide data security either at rest or in transmission and not at data processing time. At processing time or during computations, data still needs to be decrypted result in data privacy at risk. In this research, we are using Homomorphic Encryption (HE) to provide the data security at computation time for MVNO customers billing module which is deployed in MVNE and protects the sensitive data to get exposed to MVNE or any entity associated to telecom infrastructure or external world too. Our experimental findings have demonstrated that the suggested notion performs better than the accepted standard encryption methods.
