Research on Reactive Power and Voltage Control Model under High Wind Power Penetration Rate

초록

Because of the characteristics of the wind resource is random, intermittent,volatility, wind power also has the corresponding features, resulting in wind farm voltage fluctuations. When the wind farm voltage large perturbations, if not enough new dynamic reactive power support, will cause the wind farm voltagedrop. Along with the continuous integration of large-scale wind farms, large variation of wind power output in Jiuquan area will cause the voltage, frequency fluctuation of the whole system, a significant impact on the safe operation of Gansu power grid. Based on this background, this paper systemati-cally studies the Gansu wind power base power grid with high wind power penetration rate of non reactive voltagecharacteristic, and proposed the corresponding voltage without power control mode.
