Design of Online Translation Recognition System Based On Natural Language Processing

In this study, a Natural Language Processing (NLP)-based English Interpretation Recognition System is developed to address the importance of verbal communication in the context of rapid globalization. By collecting and testing a large number of English spoken and translated samples and utilizing advanced NLP techniques, the system is designed to be able to convert spoken words into other linguistic expressions in real time. Experimental results show that the system demonstrates a high degree of recognition integrity while maintaining high recognition accuracy. For example, the system achieves an accuracy of 68.21 \% when processing words and \mathbf{5 9 . 5 1 \%} when processing phrases. In addition, this paper explores the performance of the system in real-world applications such as business and education, which are important for improving the efficiency and quality of verbal communication. The study not only proves the effectiveness of the system, but also provides an outlook on the future direction of the technology.
