Web development and artificial intelligence have caused a revolution in the world and have made things easier and more innovative in almost every area of our lives. While they represent a big step forward, they also create big problems related to data protection, ethics, and following the law. This article talks about these worrying issues focusing on the need for a good system of rules to make sure AI and the Web grow and are used. We look at the healthcare and e-commerce fields to show the real-world effects of what can happen when these technologies are developed with better rules. We know that while web development and AI have many good points, they also come with risks. These worries include invading privacy unfair computer programs, and not being open enough about how things work. Controlling security factors, AI bias, and giving proper credits of responsibility are the foundational elements for developing people's confidence in AI and web technologies in reshaping society with reference to current law.
