Research on Reform of AI General Education Courses at Application-Oriented Universities in the Era of Large Models

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, the era of large models presents new opportunities and challenges for the reform of AI general education courses at application-oriented universities. This paper first discusses the current state of artificial intelligence development and the issues existing in AI general education courses, and then proposes a reform plan for AI general education at application-oriented universities. The plan has designed a multi-level teaching system, including basic introductory modules and application and practice modules, and proposes specific implementation methods for application-oriented AI general education courses in the era of large models. Practical evidence demonstrates that the reform of AI general education courses at application-oriented universities in the era of large models is significant for cultivating talents that meet the needs of future social and economic development.
