Development of Labor Safety Information Systems for Railway Transport

The article is devoted to the development of information technologies to support the labor protection system in the field of railway transport using risk management and quality management tools. On the basis of statistical data, an analysis of hazardous events and risks for the personnel of JSC «Russian Railways» was carried out. The standards of the labor protection management system in JSC «Russian Railways» are considered. The existing application of information technologies for the organization of labor protection in the company is considered. Recommendations for the development of information technologies to support the management of labor protection in the company using risk management and quality management tools are proposed. The advantages of developing an integrated management system as part of the quality management system, risk management system and labor protection management system are substantiated. Directions for the development of information systems in the field of labor protection for JSC «Russian Railways» are proposed.
