In today's digitally connected environment, a wide range of platforms, including computers, networks, cloud services, and mobile devices, data is continuously created, stored, and transported. The risk of data leaking has grown as a result of our greater dependence on technology and the interconnection of systems. This paper presents and aim to prevent data breaches when sensitive data, such as personal information, financial records, intellectual property, or trade secrets, is accessed, shared, or disclosed without proper authorization or in a manner that violates security protocols. The insight of this paper serves as proactive strategy which promotes competitiveness, builds confidence with partners and vendors, and supports business continuity.
