The time series analysis of transaction data in traditional Internet of Things (IoT) financial security systems is discontinuous, resulting in insufficient security, integrity, and efficiency of transactions. Therefore, this article uses blockchain technology to store transaction data from payment terminals and combines the bidirectional long short-term memory network to perform real-time analysis and detect abnormal transaction patterns in financial security IoT systems. Then secure hash algorithm 256-bit (SHA-256) algorithm and interplanetary file system distributed storage technology are used to ensure data security and high availability. Then, the side chain technology is utilized to improve data processing efficiency, combined with zero-knowledge proof verification to ensure data privacy, achieving an efficient, secure, and transparent IoT financial system. Finally, the performance of the constructed system is evaluated. The results show that the IoT financial security system built based on blockchain and artificial intelligence in this article has high data integrity and good performance in transaction anomaly detection, with an 88% increase in execution efficiency. This proves that the performance of IoT financial security systems is excellent with the support of blockchain and artificial intelligence.
