Spatial environment resource management, as an important field of information security management, aims to ensure the stable operation of information systems. In this paper, we try to present a systematic study of its scope, management methods, technological means and future challenges. Security zone control identifies specific areas within an organization, protecting sensitive data, critical equipment, research and development facilities, or other important assets. Suitable environmental conditions, such as temperature, humidity, and air quality, can reduce equipment failure rate, improve operational efficiency, and extend the service life of the equipment. Electromagnetic leakage protection can prevent unintentional leakage of electromagnetic information in the form of electromagnetic waves from electronic devices. Disaster recovery and backup are important strategies to ensure data security and business continuity, which can minimize the risk of data loss and business interruption of organizations. By effective management strategies and technological means, we can ensure the safe, stable, and efficient operation of information systems in terms of spatial environmental resources.
