Abstract: In Cybersecurity is a practice aimed to protect the systems, data, and digital information of people on the internet from unauthorized malicious attacks by cybercriminals. Cybersecurity encompasses a wide range of methodologies and faces numerous challenges as it seeks to protect digital systems, networks, and data from unauthorized access, attacks, and damage. It is a security measure adopted by giant companies and governments to prevent cyber threats like hacking, malware attacks, viruses, ransomware, phishing attacks, and more. Restricting access to authorized users through authentication and authorization mechanisms. Developing and practicing plans for responding to security incidents, including investigation and recovery. Cybersecurity in Cloud Services refers to a set of measures and practices designed to protect cloud-based resources from unauthorized access, data breaches, and other malicious activities. Educating users about cybersecurity best practices to reduce the likelihood of social engineering attacks. Protecting data through encryption to ensure confidentiality and integrity. Protecting individual devices (endpoints) from malicious activities through antivirus software, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and other tools. The constant development of new and sophisticated cyber threats poses a significant challenge. Malicious or unintentional actions by individuals within an organization can compromise security. Limited budgets, skilled personnel shortages, and other resource constraints impact cybersecurity efforts. The increasing complexity of IT infrastructures and the adoption of new technologies introduce additional security challenges. Meeting and maintaining compliance with various cybersecurity regulations and standards. Users' lack of awareness and understanding of cybersecurity best practices contribute to vulnerabilities. This research paper will explore the cyber threats to cloud services, attacks on cloud services, solutions for security in cloud services, challenges in cloud computing, and analysis of security measures of the top 3 cloud service providers (i.e., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
