The manufacturing, handling, and transportation of hazardous and fragile materials pose a serious risk to public safety. Over an eight-year period, exposure to dangerous chemicals has been linked to an astounding 65,000 deaths, according to data compiled by the World Health Organisation (WHO). Considerable effort has been put into creating technologies and solutions to lessen these hazards in response. By solving the difficulties in transporting these substances, this study seeks to guarantee product verification without the need for direct human intervention. A self-balancing robot platform was built and proposed for these chemicals' autonomous transportation. Using a particular self-balancing robot, the research involved the point-to-point transportation of chemicals, with product information validation carried out at the endpoint using a product validation system. The robot was equipped with a PD controller (accuracy of 94.4%) and its balancing mechanism was used. Furthermore, text extraction was aided by the use of image processing technologies, and the precision of the information extracted from the collected data was enhanced using a variety of image preprocessing methods. Over a period of thorough testing, the suggested system successfully removed background noise and improved image quality, resulting in an amazing 80.01% accuracy in recognising and authenticating product information.
