The paper proposed a holistic cybersecurity approach facing the facts that cybersecurity design or engineering can not guarantee hundred percent security of cyber systems against cyber attacks. The holistic cybersecurity approach consists of 3 components: cyber threats estimation using cyber threat intelligence method, automatic cyber penetration testing, and cyber forensics readiness.
