The possibility of cyber incidents is growing daily as a result of the interconnectedness of the technological gadgets used throughout the world. Artificial intelligence has emerged as a viable strategy for the notification and prevention of cyber incidents in this risk environment. This paper introduces the Artificial Intelligence Based Cyber Incident Notification System (AICINS) created to address cyber issues. AICINS uses machine learning algorithms to enable preventive responses to cyber incidents as well as real-time monitoring and analysis of such incidents. The study relied on Neova Participation Insurance Company's Domain Name System (DNS) Sense and Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) data. Furthermore, innovative analytical techniques have been explored in order to uncover trends that allow for the early detection of possible threats before they escalate into large-scale attacks. Relying on the performance results of commonly used ML algorithms studied, we show that the AICINPP with Random Forest Classifier may reach up a success rate of 92%.
