This paper takes smart phone as the core to develop the ideological and political education network of college students. This software uses C/S as the software development framework. The use of Android system client and server to achieve college students psychological counseling and communication. Based on implicit Markov theory, this paper presents a method of speech recognition for instructional video. The purpose is to complete the text extraction of voice/video. The system adopts the way of speech recognition. Translate the teacher's lecture into words. Keywords are extracted by automatic summarization technology. Through the simulation and analysis of network environment, it is concluded that the network teaching system of distance education based on network has good effect. All work can be normal and fast response.
