In this paper, a meticulous study has been led on malware and terms related to malware, sorts of examination that is possible to analyze using different available tools on surface web, group of malwares, top malware attacks for the past 10 years, common infection methods used by threat actors to spread malware and how machine learning can be utilized for malware investigation and the future extent of reconciliation of machine learning for compelling examination and foresee more future missions.
