The key aim of this study is to analyze the impact of web data mining on detecting threat related to cyber security. The internet users have been increasing continuously which has further increased the risks related to attack on personal information. One of the key measures to ensure reliability of web data mining is implementing strict security measures. Adoption of Intrusion Detection System (IDS) has been recommended to further examine the network activities.
