System Design of Detection and Intervention Methods for Apnea

According to the survey results of the World Health Organization, currently affected by the pressure of life and work, more than one-third of people worldwide have sleep problems of varying degrees. Among them, apnea can cause hypoxia in the brain and body, the heart is loaded with work, and even sudden death is prone to occur. In response to this phenomenon, this article designed a apnea detection and intervention inflatable pillow based on the STM32 embed-ded system combined with signal detection, voice processing, and data transmission technology. Analyze the collected sleep sounds of users. If it is judged to be snoring or apnea, the main control CPU controls the peripheral device to inflate and deflate the airbag inside the pillow, change the neck pitch angle, make the airway unobstructed, and relieve snoring symptom. It can also record the user's snoring data and provide corresponding reference data for future diagnosis and treatment. After experimental tests, the working condition is good.
