The rapid growth of cloud computing is profoundly changing the face of information technology, leading it to new heights of specialization, intelligence, and intensification. Driven by cloud computing, the connections between multiple information technology industry chains are becoming increasingly close, and the aggregation effect of resources is becoming more prominent. Collaborative work and information sharing are further promoted, providing new ideas for entering the service-oriented computing era. With the continuous growth and popularization of cloud computing technology, its application in the field of network operation and maintenance is becoming increasingly widespread, becoming an important force in promoting the intelligence and automation of network operation and maintenance. Machine learning (ML) algorithm, as an important branch of artificial intelligence (AI), provides a new solution for network operation and maintenance with its powerful data processing and pattern recognition capabilities. This article proposes a network operation and maintenance system based on ML algorithm, which fully utilizes the resource advantages of cloud computing environment and the intelligent analysis ability of ML algorithm to achieve real-time monitoring, fault prediction, and automated processing of network status. The experimental results show that the system can significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of network operation and maintenance, reduce operation and maintenance costs, and provide strong support for enterprise information construction.
