The evolution of 5G communication technology and the large-scale construction of communication network promote the development of 5G application scenarios in a more diversified direction. At the same time, C-V2X technology accelerates the implementation of the applications of Internet of vehicles. However, with the rapid development of the IOV industry, the traffic safety and assisted driving services, which are characterized by ultra-high reliability, low delay and large connection, put forward strict requirements for network performance. In order to solve the degradation of low delay and high reliability performance of high-speed internet of vehicles, a new method based on MEC is proposed in this paper. The key technologies of 5G and C-V2X intelligent converged network based on MEC are studied. The network architecture of 5G and C-V2X intelligent converged network based on MEC, the deployment of MEC and network in the scenario of Internet of vehicles, and the key technologies in the application of Internet of vehicles scenarios are analyzed in detail. Finally, 5G and C-V2X based on MEC are given combined with a specific application case, and the applications of 5G and C-V2X intelligent converged network based on MEC in the scenario of internet of vehicles is analyzed.
