Industrial development of structures of electrical power, electromechanical, and thermal technology complexes has a direct impact on the development of intelligent data distribution using the TCP/IP protocol. Existing traffic distribution and accounting systems are aimed at reliable delivery of packets without data loss, taking into account the capabilities of intelligent prioritization. One of the problems in implementing these topologies is the presence of multiple configurations of backbone and managed switches, including mesh coverage. Side problems with these tools may include possible data leaks caused by unauthorized access to the network both through a crossover connection and through wireless WLAN interfaces. The solution to these problems is the implemented approach to flexible management of the segment of electric power plants. The main result of the proposed solution is the possibility of centralized analysis of changes, taking into account adaptation to network loads based on selected ontological variables. An additional feature when implementing this approach is compatibility with existing hardware network devices due to the unique architecture of the constructed topology.
