The rapid growth of logistics demand and the continuous emergence of new technologies and new management force traditional logistics enterprises to carry out transformation and upgrading, and the in-depth integration of the logistics industry with a new generation of information technology, such as 5G, artificial intelligence and cloud computing, can realize the transformation and upgrading of the logistics industry, reduce the cost of application of logistics enterprises and improve the operational efficiency of logistics enterprises. This article mainly summarizes the overview of smart logistics, the opportunities and challenges of logistics industry transformation, the application of 5G technology in the smart logistics industry, and the innovation of the smart logistics development models in the context of 5G, aiming to provide a reference for the development of the smart logistics system.
