As the demand for industrial automation increases, the application of 5G technology in the industrial field is coming into focus. In particular, 5G's ultra-reliable low-latency communication (URLLC) and time-sensitive network (TSN) technologies are seen as the key to realizing efficient industrial communication. Despite the continuous progress in theoretical research and standardization, experimental data and application research in real environments are still relatively insufficient, which limits the verification of theoretical results for practical applications. In this paper, we present a detailed description of 5G deterministic communication technology in industrial environments, and design experiments to verify the effectiveness of 5G TSN gating function and its impact on service flow under different priority settings. This paper aims to fill the gap in existing research on experimental data. The experimental results show that the configuration of priority and gating significantly reduces the delay and packet loss rate, confirming the effectiveness and reliability of 5G TSN technology in real industrial applications. These findings further validate the critical role of 5G technologies in supporting Industry 4.0 and provide strong evidence for future industrial network design and optimization.
