Self-organizing Communication Network Protocol for Embedded Wireless Communication System

초록

This paper proposes a network protocol in order to make embedded devices become a self-organizing communication network without any central node or pre-existing network infrastructure. The protocol is a table-driven ad hoc protocol which uses a program to complete the function and provides service for the application (hereinafter referred to as the protocol program). The protocol program helps nodes to send, receive, relay data and exchange control information with other nodes regularly. Using the method of flooding the neighbor information of nodes to the whole network, all nodes can get the network topology of the whole network. Meanwhile, every node can find the path to the destination node through the Dijkstra algorithm, and the loop problem in the network is solved by the sequence number. In the end, this paper simulates different type of network based on the working principle of the protocol, and calculates the approximate efficiency of different networks at different bit rates.
