Calibration is an important process for the on-board controller to optimize and adjust software parameters in the development process to meet various performances. In some cases where there are many calibration parameters, the calibration process is complicated, the distance is long, especially during the epidemic, travel is inconvenient, remote calibration is one of the important technical methods to improve the calibration efficiency and accuracy. In this paper, a method of remote calibration using XCP calibration protocol and TCP/IP network transmission protocol is proposed. The whole vehicle controller is used as the sample to be calibrated, and the calibration platform is built with INCA. Through the test, the system can effectively perform remote measurement, debugging and calibration.
