With the rapid development of network technology, computers have brought endless convenience and speed to human society, and the original physical interface of the equipment has been unable to meet more and more communication needs, in order to solve this communication problem, network communication is particularly critical, Socket communication was born. Socket is an intermediate software abstraction layer for communication between the application layer and the TCP/IP protocol families, which is a convention or a way of communication between computers. Through a socket, a computer can receive data from other computers and can also send data to other computers. In recent years, there have been explosions, leaks and other dangerous accidents at the gas work site, resulting in a large amount of manpower, financial and material investment, in order to prevent problems before they occur, this paper will design and implement a scheme that can transmit gas data between software and hardware and generate alarm prompts.
