초록

In Software-Defined Access Networks (SDANs), efficient handover provisioning is critical for maintaining seamless connectivity and optimizing network performance, particularly in environments with high mobility. This paper proposes a novel approach to handover management that leverages mobility level adjustment and proactive flow rule caching. By dynamically adjusting the mobility support level of access devices and implementing a proactive caching scheme for flow rules, the proposed method aims to reduce handover latency and enhance the overall stability of the network.
