The Application of 5G Technology for Intelligent Open-pit Mine

Digitalization is the only way to realize the high -quality development of traditional mining companies. Today, China’s open-pit mines are gradually moving towards the direction of intelligence, but the intelligent development of Chinese mines still faces intelligent decision-making Efficiency and other issues. First of all, the concept of 5G technology and wisdom open-pit mines is introduced; then, the application of 5G technology in the open -air mines is outlined, explaining the key technology of 5G technology for smart open-pit mines,for instance network slice technology, super bandwidth technology,ultra-low latency technology; the typical scenarios in the construction of open pit mines, including unmanned driving systems and target tracking, are emphatically introduced; finally, it is concluded that the application of 5G technology can further strengthen the security of intelligent open pit mines, ensuring real-time network communication and information transmission. With the continuous development and promotion of 5G technology, the large-scale implementation and application of 5G network in open pit mines will push intelligent open pit mines into a new development stage.
