Design of Ethernet Interface for Liquid Level Collection in Conticaster Crystallizer

초록

In this paper, Ethernet communication interface which is simple in structure and has good Ethernet communication performance is designed for the intelligent liquid level detector based on industrial Ethernet IEEE802.3 communication protocol, so as to realize the real-time detection of liquid steel level by industrial Ethernet. In view of some technical and functional characteristics of Ethernet and TCP/IP protocol, the conventional and practical single chip microcomputer STM32F103 are used as the core controller, and the ENC28J60 chip are used as the core controller chip. Then presenting an Ethernet interface design and implementation method for liquid level sensor based on the common protocol of industrial Ethernet. The software developed by LabVIEW is used to monitor the liquid level data measured by the liquid level sensor in real time. The experiment results show that the interface is stable, and the real-time data transmission is good, in industrial production it has engineering reference value liquid level monitoring in conticaster crystallizer.
